From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and kindness by Fernando, one of the staff members. His patience and caring attitude made our visit all the more enjoyable. The popcorn was absolutely delicious—fresh, crisp, and perfectly buttery! It’s the perfect snack for a movie night. Additionally, the air conditioning in the theater was just right, providing a refreshing atmosphere that made the movie even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this theater for a great outing with friends. The combination of friendly service and comfortable seating ensures that you’ll always be treated well and leave with a smile. This theater is a little bit in the cut in Eastlake. But its seclusion is kind of a plus! It's not too crowded except on premier days. There is a cool architectural feature down either hallway where if you stand in the middle of the feature it'll echo your voice! I don't know if it's an accident or intentionally added. I do like that you can choose your seats. However 40 dollars for a film's cup and combo popcorn? It seems a bit excessive but my daughter wanted it so I bought it. The theaters are clean but rhe floor is always sticky. That seems to be at every movie theater. All in all a good place to watch movies. I do recommend!

Had my nieces birthday party in the party room. 12 kids, $100 rental for the room and you can come and go during the movie. The party started at 5:30pm. The movie started at 6:30pm - 8:30pm. The room was still yours until the end of the movie. The hostess was so sweet and attentive and refilled popcorn and beverages for the movie. If you wanted more during the movie, she would refill. No outside food. You can bring goodie bags and dessert. Expect the pizzas to be ok. Thin crust like on a tortilla.

Well today the customer service was excellent. The popcorn was hot and fresh. They did. Not have caramel popcorn ran out but the team member made it right. The seat near the front are a little better then the back I like to put my feet up on the bars Had no problems a lot of parking and like. How they play movies. That some amcs don't. Play More people need to write good reviews. When they have something good. Not just. When something bad happens.
